Microsoft Office Word can be used to type up or transcribe many types of documents and it is a great program to use to make your documents look very professional and organized. Such as Letters, resumes, quotes, policies, procedures, business forms, transcripts, contracts, business manifests, material take-off, etc, this list goes on and on, all of which I am experienced in.  I can also work from a pdf, audio, or scanned files to recreate it in MS Word. I can also edit and format to make changes to an existing word document. Adding images and proofreading are part of the service.

Microsoft Excel

Excel

Excel Spreadsheet is a numbers and organizational software with a huge range of functions. This software's ability ranges from simple data entry, data management, financial and record-keeping to extensive charts, tables, graphs, and complex formulas.

Microsoft Publisher

Publisher

Just as the name denotes, Microsoft Publisher can be used to create a broad variety of publications. It can be used as more of a specialized tool in that it works well in the area of editing shapes and graphics as well as having pre-designed templates to work with in a large range of categories. Publisher enables the user to create such communications as newsletters, greeting cards, menus, business cards, flyers, certificates et cetera, the list goes on!

Microsoft Powerpoint

Powerpoint

Powerpoint is a slide show presentation program. Its purpose is to act as a visual aid, be it digital or hard copy, with the objective of presenting information, facts, figures, options et cetera. Powerpoint slides should not be too wordy or cluttered in appearance but presented with "to the point" sentences. Various information can also be incorporated in Powerpoint slides, such as: images, tables, charts, spreadsheets, and diagrams.
